I am Gaurav Shrivastava, a New Delhi based journalist. I have a passion for news-gathering and traveling.

I love to take proactive newsgathering decisions and be the first one to break the story to the world.

I am associated with Indian broadcaster TIMES NOW, a Bennett, Coleman & Co and Reuters Service.

I have worked with Asian News International (ANI), Indian associate of Reuters Television and TV Today Network channels Aajtak & Headlines Today.

Being a techno and computer savvy and I know the basic technicalities required in highly competitive and demanding world of TV news.

I have visited various parts of India and about half a dozen countries on special assignments. I had occasion to travel with Indian dignitaries abroad.

I have extensively covered India’s restive northeastern states and also visited militant training camps along the Myanmar border.

Despite being associated with the world of Television news, I have written a number of stories. Many of my exclusive stories have been published by-line in newspapers and web-portals across the globe.
